Lornic Design 19600 Auxiliary Head Burner
An all stainless steel construction (including burner nozzles) and heavy-duty construction for years of reliable service. Designed to provide an additional 800,000 btuh of heat, concentrated around the head of the hog carcass for an optimum head singe.
Mounted in the middle of an existing hog singer. The burner is designed to utilize the flame safety system and combustion air fan of the existing singer.
Optional stand-alone flame safety and controls are available for an additional cost.
